The portable ultrasonic TOFD 410, which is developed based on the TOFD 400, is the second generation TOFD detector of our company. The device continues TOFD 400's advantages of being easily carried and operated,is now more powerful, better performance, cab be expanded to 8 channels, supporting maximum four pairs of TOFD channels. It has rich features such as A-scan, B scan, C scan , D scan, TOFD imaging, guide wave imaging and P-scan function, it is a multi-channel TOFD detector specially designed for domestic non-destructive testers .

TOFD scanner

 

The scanners are designed for TOFD 400 or TOFD 410 to implement welds TOFD inspection. They can be assembled as various configurations to fit the complex requirement of industrial site.The scanners are made of aluminium alloy, with the feature of lightweight and compact size. The magnetic wheels and torsional spring on the scanners guarantee high-quality scanning image. This series scanners can inspect the circumference welds on pipes of 60mm outer diameter and greater.The scanner is a manual scanner with 300mm crossbeam width and can be used with up to four probes. The encoded resolution is 0.25mm. This scanner can be used to inspect flat or sphericity welds and has the capability of circumferential scans on pipes as small as 100mm outer diameter.
