1. Size and end position of tested pipes:

    Outside diameter: Φ508mm~Φ2540mm;

    Wall thickness: 8~25mm;

    Length: 8~15m;

    End position: After cutting by plasma, the beginning and ending point of the axial deviation of 

                          cutting≤3mm.

2. The maximun weight of a single pipe: 23t.

3. Pipe material: The highest grade steel X70 API Spec 5L(44 version of line pipe 

                             specification)

    The implamentition standard of pipes: API Spec 5L(44 version), GB/T9711.1-1997,

                                                                   GB/T9711.2-1997, SY/T5037-2000, SY/T5040-

                                                                   2000.

4. Maximun testing pressure: 25MPa.

5. Sealing type: End sealing.

6. Regulator time: 5~15s(The max is 30s. The regulator time can be regulated.)

7. When stable, the range of pressure fluctuations: 0~0.3MPa.

8. Maximun bearing capacity of hydrostatic tester: 2800t.

9. Production capacity: 6(Φ1422mm)~15(Φ508mm) roots/h.
