Applicable to maintain the unit brake cylinder of railway carriages. Knock down, wash, and assemble the unit brake cylinder as a pipeline operation.

Main technical parameters:

1) Oil pressure of hydraulic knocking down desk: 4Mpa

2) Boiled washing temperature:40~800°c adjustable

3) Flushing pressure: 0.8Mpa

4) Total power: 28KW (boiled washing electrical heating)

Other specifications:

1) The maintaining line consists of hydraulic knocking down desk, automatic washing machine, tieracable conveyer, quality control desk, and pneumatic assembly machine.

2) The hydraulic knocking down desk is easy to fix the cylinder. The pressure is enough, and it can easily knock down the unit brake cylinder.

3) The washing machine finishes the process of boiled washing, flushing, and drying in three separated troughs. After setting well the boiled washing temperature, time and working beat on the PLC, the covers of the troughs will be opened. The actions of holding, elevating, and translating basket will be finished automatically.

4) The boiled washing water should add detergent and heat up to 800°C to melt the grease fleetly. After boiled washing, using high pressure water flushing the unit brake cylinder to ensure its washing quality.

5) The tieracable conveyer sends the unit brake cylinder to relevant station according to the requirement.

6) Pneumatic assembly machine is easy to assemble the unit brake cylinder.
