LAW-1000/2000 Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine
(for Wire Rope and Anchor Chain Tensile Strength Test)
Universal testing machine horizontal type to use cables and aluminum and copper conductors, fittings, clamps and connectors used for distribution networks and transmission lines. Usually specified by ASTM E4.
To test conductors type will last at break resistance , this test is according to ASTM E4. The cables for testing are ACSR, AAAC, ACAR, ACSR / AW, ACSS, ACCR per ASTM B232, B231, B399, B524, B549, B856 and IEC-61089 and 61395.
The horizontal machine will test for breaking strength of staples, fittings and connectors shall be in accordance with ANSI / NEMA C119, IEEE C135.61 and IEC-61284. It must also allow the rupture strength tests of rods pultruded fiberglass reinforced resin.
Applications & Functions:
This series machine is specially used for tensile, breaking strength, destructive test of steel wire rope, cable. Designed specifically for wire, rope, and cable testing, this series uses a horizontal frame test opening to accommodate long specimens and high elongation demands. This machine adopts steel welded frame structure, and uses single-rod double-acting piston cylinder to provide loading force. cylindrical pin plug to mount specimen, and load cell to measure testing force.These test frames are powered by hydraulics for high strength testing and can be customized in length to meet a variety of application requirements. It can adjust the tensile space according to the length of specimen in test process. The software uses three closed loop servo enables testing at use-defined loading rates.
