3. Applicable Standard
This instrument conforms to the standard of GB/T 387, ASTM D1551.
4. Scope
This instrument applies to the dark petroleum products that have sulfur content above 0.1% (m/m), such as lubricating oil, heavy-mass petroleum products, crude oil, petroleum coke, paraffin and sulfuric additives.
5. Structural Characteristics
This instrument is controlled by the single chip, and is capable of controlling the furnace temperature, the speed of furnace and the baking time automatically. The LCD display the time, baking time, set temperature and measured temperature of the furnace, and the location of furnace car. This instrument consists mainly of tubular furnace system, single chip control system, air purification system, air flow control system, etc. Two parallel quartz tubes with siphons can test a blank sample and a test oil sample at the same time. Three air washing bottles used to purify the air have a capacity of not less than 250ml.
