Fabric Rotor Damping Machine 

Working Principle

Under the high speed rotation of rotor, liquid will be formed into film by strong centrifugal force, which will be cut into droplets of diameters from 30 micron to 70 micron by centrifugal lines on the surface of rotor and then spray around. The droplets can reach the fibers after break into the piles on fabric.Commonly, the absorptivity of liquid ranges from 0~40%, depends on materials and weight of fabric, which is suitable for small liquid supply.

 Usage

Installed at the feed end of stenter frame, used to humidify fabrics to eliminate fabric difference caused by different moisture content. It is used to eliminate colour difference, improve fabric feel, increase fabric weight and make it stable.It can be built in printer vaporizer machine to improve sombre hue caused by low humidity to bright color.It can be built in preshrinking machine to eliminate crinkle on fabrics cause by different moisture content.This unit is also applicable for calender, decatizing machine, fabric sueding machine, fabric shearing machine, decating machine, drying cylinder in paper making and so on.
