Brushing roller rotating speed upto 510rpm/min, liner speed upto 136m/min.Rollers are controlled by inverters, speed range from zero to maximum stepless, any change in the direction, so the bristles gently controlled.Can meet fabric sided, double-sided brush, regulating brush distance, change the movement of upper and lower brush roller directly, fabric at the level of the minimum state of tension.Front and back padder rollers are controlled by inverters. The effect of wet fabric after padder is improved in evidence. The liquid after padder can be recycling to the dipping box to avoid chemicals waste.Fabric tension can be adjusted to change the off-speed of the front and back padder.Rope protection switches on both sides of the frame and batch rollers to guarantee the safety of the operators.Operation panel at the front and back of the machine is convenient for operation.Main LCD operation panel can set machine parameter easily.Modularization design can meet clients' requirement for 4,6,8 pcs brushing rollers.The draw-out can batching, and automatic control of adjusting at the input.Options   Batching and plaiter delivery are for clients' option.
