3.1 This coating machinery consists of debaucher, size point device, dryer, cooler, rebutter and electric control board.
3.2.1 Roll-off creel is suitable for piece or package fabrics to meet demands of different cloth feeding.
3.2.2 Tension of cloth feeding can be adjusted by hand wheel.
3.2.3 Cloth guider adjusts cloth feeding in the center to ensure proper position for sizing.
3.3 Size point device
3.3.1 STOCK Standard model. Stainless steel pneumatic blade, pneumatic weighing, squeeze,squeeze carrier, rotary screen, driving head.
3.3.2 Two groups of stainless steel outer squeezes, support roller, compression roller and opening roller.
