To realise the ultra equality and stable drawing, based on the processing character of high-tenacity, high-modulus, low elongation and low shrinkage filament yarn.
Our drawing machine use normal POY as the material to produce as the following process: First-level high power draft, low temperature pre-heat sizing, second-level low power draft, high-temperature tense heat setting, high-temperature loose heat setting, cooling and winding.
Our drawing mahine has the advantages of stable processing, good performace of draft, upstanding mechanical property of final finished yarn, high tenacity, low elongation and low boiling water shrinkage. Its breaking tenacity is over 7.0Cn/dtex, braking elongation is at 8%~18%(which can be adjusted), drying heat shrinkage <2.5%. Meanwhile, each property index canbe contraled independantly,and make balance assortmaent according to different dmeands of each product.
