INTRODUCTION:
Colored fiber cement roofing sheet producing line designed and developed by Sanle Group can meet
the production of various international popular corrugated roofing sheets. It has a high degree of
automation. which adopts the rotary screen performing method as well as the vacuum forming
method. Monitoring and adjustment of slug concentration and tiles blank thickness as well as the
moisture can be finished online automatically in the production so as to guarantee the stability and
consistency of blank quality. When the tiles have been formed and vapor cured as well as the
certain time self -
cured, they can be taken into the painting line for surface color processing (Both sides can be
colored).
USAGE:
Usage and operation principle: The device is used for the production of the corrugated fiber cement
sheets. The slurry from feeding device will be filtered by several garden nets in the net cage and
equably cemented on the moving felt cloth with slurry to form the thin layer. When the thin layer is
dewatered by vacuum negative pressure and molding barrel pressure, it will adhere to the molding
barrel. When the adhered green body meets the required thickness, it will be torn down by the
blade of the molding barrel and then made into slabs. The self-cured tiles will be colored after superficial dust abatement and heating, then piled up after drying
and cooling which will be the finished products.
PARTS:
The line consists of feeding machine, Mixer unit, Die machine, Forming machine, and painting line etc
ADVANTAGE:
Equipped with coat hanger. Flat die and a pneumatic shaping mould, this line has a more stable
shaping process and more easily adjustable for the thickness control. Using rubber hauling roller
matched with the waveform of sheets, it provides more smooth traction, Its automatic angular
cutter ensure the cutting section tidy. It can be cut by metering length.
