Features of Type TL-AUTOYWJ-60T

Designed and made of leading technology by our team, the press has assembled eight linked-function stages listed below, and worked for producing different kinds and styles of roofing tiles, like Spanish style, French style, Chinese style and Japanese style etc. and also different types of surfaces like polished type, knurling type and stone-grain type etc., through which of totally automatic without manual error and linked working, the high density and strength and characteristics of finished products are compressed with TL mould series. The advanced features listed as simple-structured, easy-handling, and high-efficient of total automatic ensure reliable of quality of finished roofing tiles, which smooth in surface, precise in dimensions and more individual in style with its unique designed up & down single mold-forming mechanism of easy-to-adjust but quite low failure rate or maintenance & mould costs and flexibility to varied sorts of required roofing tiles to produce compared with other complex and expensive six molds-forming mechanism. It is absolutely the best choice in making roofing tiles.

Eight linked-function stages:

1.Roughly-cutting stage: When continuous clay column being extruded, cut it at a fixed length for pieces of rough-tiles.   

2.Applying mould release stage: Putting the mould release to both surfaces of the rough-tiles.

3.Rough-tile transferring stage: After 1-2 stages then transferring the rough-tiles to the forth stage.

4.Rough-tile feeding in stage: Fed the rough-tiles automatically to the press-mould by manipulator of negative force.

5.Green-tile pressing stage: The rough-tiles being pressed to get pieces of required green roofing tiles.

6.Green-tile feeding out stage: The green roofing tiles being picking up to the seventh stage by manipulator of negative from the mould.

7.Tile-shape mending stage: For minimum deformed and better qualified of the shape after above six stages.

8.Standing the green roofing tiles stage: Overturning the roofing tiles piece by piece from horizontal laying level to vertical standing level that is required for follow-up drying and firing process.
