n       Machining accuracy

1. The raw material requirements:

a). steel material uniform, the thickness Tolerance is ± 0.2mm, width Tolerance is less than 2mm, the bend beside of the plate less than 5 mm/5000mm.

b). the surface of steel is not rusty, can not have raised the hard points, or impurities

(Such as welding, gas cutting edge, etc.)

c) . Test piece specification: C type steel 600*50*1.5, thickness: 1.5mm galvanized steel sheet, the yield strength is 235Mpa.

2. Finished products:

a). The length is not more than 3 m, the length Tolerance is ± 2mm;

b). Angle Tolerance between the two ends of 300 mm is ± 3 °. And the rest is ± 1.5 °.

c). the camber, raise, side bend, torsion resistance of sheet material is not more than 1.5 mm / m.
