TL-C300 Centralized Coordination Type traffic signal controller conforms to the new national standard GA47-2002, and combines some advantages of Jingsan, SCATS and SCOOTS. This system is completed under the direction of experts from Traffic Safety Product Quality Supervision Testing Centre attached to Ministry of Public Security and Chinese People's Public Security University.
