1. General
Oil Paper Capacitor Transformer Bushing is mainly used for power transformer, as a purpose on high-voltage current into the transformer and high voltage insulation of the transformer housing. We produce all kinds of oil paper capacitor transformer bushing, which achieves certificates by National Transformer Quality Supervision and Testing Center and complies with National Standard GB/T4109, IEC60137. We can meet the specified requirements of special bushing for 550kV and below voltage level, with various stain resistance, size specifications from customers.
2. Main Features
Our products have a reasonable structures on design of equal voltage distribution, small volume, light weight, high mechanical strenghth, reliable sealing. Bushing cores designed as main insulation capacitor screen structure are concentric cylindrical capacitors in series made from imported high-voltage cables paper and aluminum foil, and then treated by vacuum drying, impregnating oil to make it into the high class electrical performance oil-paper insulator.External insulation applies outdoor procelain, which has stain resistance, a high-strength ceramic, high density without siphoning. We can improve the creepage distance and optimize the shed structure of porcelain required by customers.The bushing’s mounting flange has a test tap, which is used for transformer partial discharge measurements and measurement of the bushing capacitance and dielectric loss tangent during periodic maintenance.Design, size of the bushing flange and terminal can be specially designed according to user requirements. Bushing is provided with the air relief plug in the transformer hoisting base and the oil drain plug for oil filling and sampling to monitor the transformer oil status in bushing.The bushing has a high quality electrical performance, the main dielectric loss ≤ 0.4% without increasing. Partial discharge ≤ 5pC at rated voltage. Power-frequency withstand voltage and lightning impulse withstand voltage levels can be designed according to user requirements.
