S9 6-10KV duplex winding non-exciting regulation adjusting voltage oil immersion distribution transformer
1.Application Range
S9-10~2000/10 full sealing oil immersion transformer should be used in the power system of AC50Hz, 10Kv & below, as the distribution and illumination transformer for medium and small substation , industry and organization .
2.Characteristics
2.1iron core
Iron core is made of hi-conductor magnetic-crystallite cold rolling silicon steel plate. It’s heart-shaped, completely skew seam iterated iron core, the column is circular section with multi-level, iron restrain has the same diameter with the core.
2.2Winding
Winding takes corrugated oil channel, non-paint-filled, shrink- belt, & with concentric coil. Hi-voltage winding is with corresponding tapping point which leads to tapping switch. The switch is installed on the cover of case, in order to change tapping voltage, the power has to be cut off.
2.3Security protection faculty
800 -2000 kVA transformer is installed with gas relay.
800 -2000 kVA transformer is installed with press releasing valve.
2.4 Temperature measuring equipment
Transformers are all with oil tanks with indicator at one end;
The oil tank of the transformer should be equipped with oiltight water absorber.
2.5 Faculty for measuring oil temperature
Usually, no cart for transformer. The welding position of bottom rack should apply to GB6451 -1999;
Valve for oil sample is at the lower part of oil tank, so is big enough fuel outlet valve.
3. Working conditions
Altitude: not more than 1000m;
Ambient temperature: -40°C - +40°C
