CORRUGATED FIN FORMING MACHINE
DESCRIPTION:
We supply standard and custom type of corrugated fin forming machine or corrugated tank making machine. The corrugated fin forming machine press & bend the lamination to form fins on panel with required preset dimensions.
FEATURE/ADVANTAGES:
Different panels of various fin height can be performed together to form a wall of 4 panels for the complete transformer tank. Our machine can produce up 3 stiffening ribs (embossments) on the corrugated fins. After the formation of the walls, a cutting unit provides to cut each panel ot transformer tank. The panels are transported between the machines on proper roller transport trolleys.COMPOSITION:
Corrugated Fin Forming Machine, Decoiler, Coil Lifter, Hydraulic Control System, Refrigerant Oil Cooler, Electric Control Panel and Conveying Table.
