DESCRIPTION:
This machine is special designed for welding fins of corrugated tanks.
The machine welds the pre-formed corrugated fin and attaching solid round bar to the upper fin end.
FEATURE/ADVANTAGES:
The machine simultaneously welds the ends of the ribs on both sides of the ribbed panel i.e. standard operation with 2 welding torches (i.e. single welding torch on each side). PLC control, full automatic, automatic conveying, automatic clamping, automatic welding.Running modes: manual or automatic mode (with or without welding).The machine is equipped with reliable guiding, positioning and clamping system for rib ends.The machine is equipped with additional spot welding unit for rectangle steel strips (optional).Shield gas 80% Argon and 20% CO2 or better gas system.
