3. Main features

     High Efficiency Solid State HF Welder use non controlled rectifier of diode and the division of labor model for adjustment power and adjustment voltage for IGBT components.In this case, whatever how much the load weight of equipment is the equipment will always work in the high power factor condition, and have the performance for the fine voltage and power regulation that can not be achieved by SCR so that the welding temperature control will be more precise and weld quality will greatly improve.

     The PWM pulse width modulation chopping with IGBT is a kind of DC power supply for HF control, the control speed is faster as 40 times as SCR system, the DC power supply can provide the ideal precision thermal control and very fast fault protection action to make the equipment more secure and reliable.

   Composed with the three phase full-controlled rectifier circuit by phase-shifted control of SCR , it has the following advantages:

1. When it works in a full range of DC , the power factor is high, the harmonic is smaller and the harmonic interference is small on the power grid.

2. The reactive loss is small, the conversion efficiency for power supply is high and much energy saving.

3. As the working frequency for the chopper circuit is high, the response speed for the adjustment voltage and adjustment power is faster than the former for several dozens times, therefore the weld seam quality is better.

4. Because the chopping component is IGBT which has self-turn-off capability. When it is failure, it can be cut off in a very short time to avoid inverter damage and play a greater protective effect.

5. Input voltage scope is wide, output accuracy is high.
