Product feature:

Made from Japan NPU TPU 70A TPU raw material with Japan grinding grain, environmentally friendly, harmless, FDA verified, Swiss 1 class verified(Oeko-tex), high elasticity, adopted 70A raw material and Japan toughen grinding grain, over 80% transparency, 300% elongation, not out of shape, a series products specially designed for top-grade knitted apparels.

100% TPU + 3% middle grinding grain + 0.5% toughener + 0.2% softener

Process:

extruded + released(1) + released(2) + proceeded in high temperature + shaped + packed in bag 

Appearance:

straight, natural stria, smooth ( grinding grainy transparent color)

Workability:  easy to process, high elasticity and flexibility reduce the probability of rupture when sewing,be fit for sewing to all colors of top-grade brand apparels

Elasticity:

1:3 extending, not out of shape

Steamed shrinkage:

3 - 5%
