Ⅰ.Brief description:

 

Shaking table 6S, which is also called table concentrator, is a mine separation device for fine minerals working by gravity.They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals, widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury,Copper, Aluminum, etc.

Ⅱ.Working principle:

Shaking table separation is achieved under the joint action of the bed surface and the lateral flow,bed bars on bed surface or groove is longitudinal,nearly perpendicular to the direction of water flow.When the water flows transversely,it forms the eddy in the groove.The joint action of the eddy and the bed surface shaking makes ore layer loose and be stratified according to density,heavy minerals steer lower layer,the light minerals steer upper layer,this process is known as "segregations hierarchical.The upper light mineral particles get water greater momentum,and lower heavy mineral particles get smallermomentum,lateral motion speed of light mineral particles on the bed surface is greater than the speed of lateral motion of heavy mineral particles on the bed surface.

Ⅲ.Application:

Mining Shaking table is one of the mineral separation equipment of gravity concentration. It is easy to be operated and can produce high grade concentrated ore, secondary concentrated ore, middling and gangue, etc at the same time. It is widely used to separate tungsten, stannum, niobium, other rare metal and noble metal ores; It can also be used to separate iron,manganese minerals, coal, and so on.
