Threaded valve/needle valve Non-rotating stem plug moves axially into and out of the seat

Threaded  valve/threaded needle valve are machined from hexagonal bar stock and supplied in 316 stainless steel and tube connector.

This  series are produced in 1/2", 3/4" and 1" with male-female andfemale-female threaded connections.

End thread is available in NPT,BSPT and BSPP.

Pressure up to 6000 psig (414bar) for standard series.

Pressure up to 10000 psig (689bar) for high pressure series.

Temperature from -65F to 450F (-54C to 232C) with PTFE packing .

Temperature from -65F to 1200F (-54C to 649C) with Grafoil packing .

Hexagonal valve body .

Non-rotating stem tip .

Packing below stem thread isolates the thread lubricants from the media.

Body to bonnet seal with metal to metal constant compressing isolates bonnet thread from the media.

Back seating design protects the packing fully.

Open position.
