1. Profile:

The ZDL series electronic type electric straight single-seat regulating valve (or electric regulating valve) is the actuating unit in electric unit portfolio instruments. Accepting DC current signals from the regulating instruments, it changes the flow rate of the regulated medium directly so as to maintain the technical parameters (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, etc.) within the set value.

This series product features simple structure, small size, light weight, unique design of the valve body, big valve capacity, small flow resistance, improved rated flow coefficient, easy regulation, etc. Comparing with pneumatic valve, the electric regulating valve can provide flexible action, easy powder application, fast signal transmission, longer transmission distance, etc. Therefore, it is widely used in the automatic production in various industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power station, light textile, pharmaceuticals, paper making, etc. and are greatly welcomed by customers both home and abroad.

2. Features:

The flow passage inside valve body is designed in uniform section and low flow resistance based on fluid mechanics principle, with rated flow coefficient increasing by 30%.

Big regulating range, inherent regulation ratio: 50,

flow characteristics: linearity and equal percentage. With the upper and lower pressure balancing holes opened on the plug of the electric bush regulating valve, the series product features small unbalanced force, good valve stability, strong bush interchangeability and big operation pressure difference. Adopting soft seal structure as the valve core, the cut-off type regulating valve has achieved level VI leakage performance (zero leakage). By adopting in-depth dynamic negative feedback system, the automatic accuracy regulation of the servo amplifier has been improved.

The electric operator has several types, which applies to 4~20 MA. DC and 0~10 MA. DC.

The electronic type electric regulating valve can control the valve opening through current signals directly with no servo amplifier applied.

The bellow-seal type regulating valve can completely seal the mobile valve rod to avoid liquid leakage.
