We produce acrylic sheet and acrylic mdf panel. Idea panel for kitchen cabinet door, wardrobe door, sliding door, clost door, bathroom cabinet door and other interior doors

it  takes  MDF as base board. The face is acrylic sheet.  Absolutely smooth face and brightness colors. .

Plain color, shinny spark color, wooden color, flower design colors.

Size: 1220x2440MM.  Thickness can be different.  19mm thickness acrylic mdf panel have stock.  1MM acrylic sheet +18MM mdF.

One face acrylic face and melamine face back side panel & Double face acrylic mdf panel can be produced.

There is film on the face of each panel  to protect.

Thickness of acrylic sheet: 1mm.  Around 4 KGS/PCS.

MDF density: 780KGS/M3.

 .

Aluminium edge banding, pvc edge banding, acrylic edge banding can be offered.

Cabinet door, wardrobe door , sliding door are produced according to customized size.

PS:

 1.  Please do the cleaning with the Dishwasher Detergent. Or the wax to clean the acrylic sheet surface. Furniture wax or car wax is allowed. After the surface clean and dry, Pls use the cloth to wipe up.

2.  Please DO NOT use the strong corrosive liquid like Tinner,Diluent Solvent , Gasoline, or Hydrochloric Acid to clean the acrylic sheet surface, that will result in surface crack or color change.

3.  During the process, It has NO strong impact force or any sharp tools touch onto the face.
