I. Features of DJF(a) series exhaust fan:
1. Fan blades are made of stainless steel, having strong air volume, being non-deformation, non-
fracture, attractive and durable. (blades are originally made of aluminium alloy. But because of
the low metal fatigue of aluminum alloy material, it will break, crack and air volume will
decrease after a long time.)
2. Automatic belt tensioner makes belt never loose or drop.
(Generally our warranty period is two years , during which time customers only use but don’t
maintain. In addition, any belt will elongate after one month of use. Belt will loose or even drop,
which will scrape blade, damage fan and bring unnecessary loss to dealers. To avoid the
above situations, we improve the belt performance.)3. Pulley is made of high intensity aviation magnesium alloy and adopts more stiffening rib. It has
been sandblasted , which increases its beauty degrees, eliminates the internal stress and
effectively improves its strength.4. Bearings are imported from France, having characters of high intensity, low noise and long
service life.
5. Various shape sizes make installation convenient. There are nine kinds of fan size: 620mm
(24″), 780mm(30″), 830mm(32″), 900mm(35″), 1000mm(39″), 1100mm(43″), 1220mm(48″),
1380mm (54″), 1530mm(60″).6. We can customize A type or B type belt to meet the requirements of different customers.7. Our fans have all passed the static and dynamic balance testing, operating smooth, noise
reducing, stability enhancing and service life prolonging.
