 Characteristics:

We produced the 2TKB50113 which is the biggest amplitude descending vibrating screen in the world until now. This product is designed upon the patent amplitude descending technology and is the leading level in the world. The screen deck is installed with a certain dip angles. The vibrating track is an elliptic and the long axis of ellipse is perpendicular to the screen deck. The value of amplitude is decreased gradually from feed end to discharge end, which obviously makes the built-up material at the feed end thinned and pass thought the screen deck layer by layer in a short time, thus large lumps slide off rapidly, medium and small size materials screened out quickly so as to keep the thickness of material layer on the screen deck roughly equal. Compared with conventional circular vibrating screen of the same size, this kind of screen has the advantages of large production capacity and high screening efficiency.

Application:

TAB Series Amplitude Descending Elliptic Vibrating Screen is used for dry and wet classification of large and medium size materials in industries such as coal, metallurgy and mine.
