1.Product Introduction

    This product is a new and efficient screening machine, mainly applied in metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity and other industries. It is a commonly-used screening machine for blast furnace plant, coking plant and mineral processing plant. Besides, it adopts a new energy-saving vibration motor or vibrator as the excitation source. With rubber spring supported and isolated from vibrating, dynamic load passing to the body is less. In a word, this kind of machine has the advantages of large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, easy to change sieve plate, convenient installation and maintenance.

2. Working Principle

    Our product adopts the exciter of vibration motor or ordinary motor as vibrating source, makes sieve do periodic and reciprocal vibration along the direction of the exciting forces and materials do parabolic motion along the straight line on the screen surface, so as to achieve its purpose of screening.

3. Pruduct Structure

    This product is composed of vibration source, sieve, damping device and cork base. Sideboard of sieve is made of steel with high quality. Besides, sideboards, beams and base of vibration source are connected by bolt and ring-grooved rivet high stringent. This kind of design makes the whole machine reasonable in structure, strong and durable.
