Highfrequency screen consists of vibration exciter, ore pulp distributor, screen frame, machine frame, suspension springs and sieve, etc.
3.Features of linear vibrating screen:
ZS linear vibration screen is a special closemesh screen designed for carbon pulp maker and used for screening the foreign matters like wood chips mixed into the ore pulp before spray washing. It is generally used as a safety screen after discharging the immersed slag, or used for recovering the finelyground activated carbon with gold or for special purpose of feeding carbon immersing tank.
4.Working Principle and Construction:
Linear screen uses double vibrating motors to drive,when two motors synchronous reversely
rotate,exciter forces eccentric block generates are undone in parallel with the direction of motor axis and united as one across the motor axis direction,so its movement trajectory is linear.
There is an angle of inclination two motor axises relative to screen deck,under the influence of resultant force of exciter force and materials self weight,materials are throwed up to make saltatory and linear movement forward on the screen deck in order to screen and grade the materials .
Applied in flowing line to achieve automatical operation.
There are following features:low energy consumption,.high efficiency,easy maintenance,whole sealing and no dust emission etc.The highest screen quantity is 325 and can screen 7 kinds of different graininess materials.

Installation and Adjustment:
1 Motor should be fastened on the mounting surface which must be smooth and flat.
2 Adjust the vibration force. When the motor rotation direction doesn’t meet requirements, you can adjust the power phase sequence.
3 The machine should be checked at least once a day to prevent loosening.
4 When the running time adds up to 1500 hours, further detailed checks should be made to prevent any potential accident.
