 Applicable

ZKS series linear vibrator screening equipment is used to make dry and wet sieving for the fine materials in mineral and coal separation,power generation,metallurgy,chemical.etc.Meanwhile the screening machine also can be used for dewatering or desliming.

Working Principle

This series vibrating screen is manufactured with an introduced American technology.It utilizes vibrator with eccentric block and special vibrating machine bearings with large carrying capacity and long service life.The vibrator is mounted on the side plate,which provides the vibrating machine a good stress state. The machine is jointed by ring-grooved rivets, its structure is simple, compact, firm, reliable and easy to maintain.It uses rubber spring to buffer,which keeps the machine running smoothly with low noise when passing the resonance region.

Structure Features :

 

1. It can be single deck or double deck

2.Weaving screen plate and stainless bar strip,only one could be optional, screening pore size should be

 indicated when placing order.

3.The rated voltage of motor is 380v. Explosion-proof motor or different rated voltage motors are optional,

please state when placing order.
