Vibrating source: We use vibration exciter to make the vibrating screen vibrate. It is lubricated with molybdenum disulfide grease, also it can work together with electric oil pump to realize supply lube in a fixed time and with a quantity, then the vibration exciter can be normal running.

 

Usage and maintenance

1.when connecting the flange, please keep the phase angle in the same direction.

2.Maintain the motor’s axletree every month and inject fresh grease. Remove dust regularly and    improve heat dissipation conditions.

3.Check the insulation resistance of the wire circles and tighten the base bolts regularly.
