Description

The ultrasonic vibrating separator apply an ultrasonic vibration directly to the screening mesh. The vibrating sieve action injects a secondary high frequency, low amplitude vibration to improve mesh deblinding and screener performance.

 The ultrasonic vibrating separator a highly efficient Control Unit in either 110 or 220 volts. Touch panel controls enable many of the settings to be easily adjusted by the operator — allowing for optimal performance. The ultrasonic vibrating sieve action greatly increases mesh life, since there is no harsh abrasive action to impair tension and cause wear.
