1, Carcase material: 18mm moisture-proof board or medium density fiberboard(MDF), the surface of  board can be a warm white or finish with wood grain , but usually finish with wood grain will looks better. The back of carcase is 5 mm MDF;

2, Connection: Side panels of carcase install with triplet connection and wood nail; side panel and layer panel will together with two-in-one connection or layer panel support. Usually the layer panel in the middle and the aere fixed;

3 drawer: the material of drawer is the same as carcasel, we usually use the ball bearing runners for the guideway of drawer , the can be used concealed guideway with slowmotion if customer require , (the grade of products would be much higher). The face panel of drawer is the same color and material with carcase, or using warm white finished panel, or glasses in industrial drugs (mainly for design of cloakroom);

4, Clothes rail: There are stainless steel rail with round shape, common aluminum-alloy rail or aluminum-alloy proof rail for choose.(It will be much nicer for using matching clothes rail);

5 Edge: the edge in front using 1.5mm or 2.0mm edge with high-quality and same color with carcase, the back sealed with 0.6 mm edge and also same color as carcase, both side edges will use 0.6 mm edge or no edge according to the require of customer. ( the space between layer panel and side panel will be smaller if use no edge);

6, It is suggested seperating from two parts of cabinet if the height of cabinet is over 2200 mm. The standard design of the cabinet in the base is not more than 2200mm, this height limitiong is mainly according to the size of board and the body height, even thought people stand up, they can not collect accessories if the height of storage space is more than 2200mm. Therefore, we suggest making a top cabinet, for collecting some wadded quilts and clothes.

Door: there are flat doors, sliding doors or folding doors with hanging rail styl for customer to choose. The most practical design for the door of wardrobe are as follow: 1, flat doors with PVC edged, same color as carcas; 2, sliding doors with narrow aluminum-alloy edge, using melamine panel and same color as carcase. More over, the wardrobe will look much more noble if making some Rome decorating lines ;

7, Packing: either projects or sale of the supermarkets, there will have 3 to 5 separated package in one standard wardrobe , and each package will have a clear identity
