Principle and Features

This device applies oil-water separation integrating film evaporation and spray drying. And the filter is equipped with vacuum pumping speed and heating capability applicable for flows in addition to hi-efficient degassing element in order to ensure the optimum degassing and dehydration functions.

This filter can handle insulation oil under normal temperature with the relevant performance index above the national standard.

Furthermore, the filter applies compound micro-filtration with strong DHC and high precision.

ZYA type filter is compact and highly efficient. And it is reliable for operation and convenient for move and transportation. Moreover, the device is particularly applicable for handling insulation oil on site.

Main Application

To be used for extra hi-voltage transformer oil filtration and to be applicable for handling the oil of 110KV-500KV power transmission and distribution.

To perform oil treatment and vacuum dry the damp electric devices on site.

To pump vacuum for transformers newly installed or under maintenance and to perform vacuum oiling at the same time.
