Technics principle

 

Semi-continuous plant could process 3 batch in 2 days at least, if operating well, it could process 2 batch per day. It requires to feed tyre piece into reactor, then running like batch plant, after removing the carbon black, you can feed tyre piece again immediately to save heat in reactor, no need to wait 8hrs to cooling whole reactor. This is the "continuous" plant which most factories produce.
