The top is "Clean handle" and the bottom is drain valve, it will be convenient for you to clean the filters inside the stainless steel shape, you only rotate the top " Clean handle"then the dirty water coming out from the bottom drain valve, you don't need to remove the stainless steel shape to clean the internally filters.              

It is applicable to filter cold water with high pressure and corrosion
