Pall ring packing

Polypropylene pall ring opened many hole in ring walls,making gas and liquid in packed tower go through the hole , the better distribution of gas and liquid than that of raschig ring , especially packing rings surfaces to be wet ,making full use of inside surface..

Therefore the same material, the same specifications of pall ring  packing, compared with rasching ring , not only hasBigger trafficability and low pressure drop, but also makes the separation efficiency of the tower improved, and also the elasticity of operation increased.

Generally in the same pressure drop, processing ability of pall ring increased by more than 50% than that of raschig ring .

 In the same capacity,pressure drop of pall ring is only half that of raschig ring. high tower also have step-down.using pall ring can save about 20%-40% packing volume.

The using temperature in all sorts of medium is 60-150 degrees Celsius, widely used in packing tower of petroleum, chemical, alkali, gas, environment protection industry,etc.
