Design range: From raw water tank to terminals.
2.Design system line:
Raw water tank–Raw water pump–Precision filter–Active carbon filter–Security filter–RO Reverse osmosis main machine–Pure water tower.
3.Equipment configuration:
(1) Raw water tank/500L: Supply pressure for back end filter system.
(2) Precision filter: Initially sediment,impurities,suspended matters,and other micro-granules,Fe+,Mn+,etc.
(3) Active carbon filter: Adsorb heterochrome,smell,remaining chlorine and heavy metal ion,etc inside water.
(4) RO Reserve Osmosis Main Machine: Adopt USA reverse osmosis film for the finest filtering, hold up all solutions and Inorganic molecules and all organics which have more than 100 molecules,water molecule can go through film as the results of purifying. Reverse osmosis is widely applied, including sea water and bitter water purifying for drinking, recycle reusing of waste water, water treating for food and beverage, underground water treating, home drinking and industrial production water’s purifying. Meanwhile, reverse osmosis also widely used in semiconductor industry, power industry and medicine laboratory for ultra-pure water production, in which it can largely reduce ion exchange after using reverse osmosis before ion exchange.
