Working principle:

with the spur of driving-chains on both sides, the tooth-harrow collecting the dirt within the entire channel from bottom to up, when the dirt reaching upper, it will be unloaded by the steering function of rails and sprockets, and the scraper scraping the dirt those adhere to the tooth-harrow.
