Plant description:
(1)Operation will be by Cross-Flow...
(2)Feed Pumps & Flushing Pumps are automated by Control Panel for normal operation & maintenance operation.
(3)Feed Pumps should be suitable for sewage wastewater type.
(4)Total 5 modes of operation: Normal Operation, Forward Flushing, Backward Flushing, Air Flushing, CIP Flushing.
(5)All the modes above are performed automatically on repeated cycle with adjustable frequency & duration, except CIP Flushing (only needed periodically)
(6)Discharge of waste from the UF Skid Plant shall return to the STP to minimize wastage, or to drain if allowed.
(7)Maintenance of plant is by filtered water produced by the plant.
(8)Air compressor is for actuating of valve as well as for air scouring of membranes.
(9)UF Skid Plant c/w flange piping connection for ease of integration to surrounding piping network/ tanks at site.
(10)Storage Tank of filtered water to be self-prepared by customer/ others at site.
