1.Brief introduction of MWT series

MWT has high degree of automation, real time water quality monitor. The control panel displays the system operation status directly by flow diagram, LED indicator light. low level of raw water protection, low pressure protection, high pressure protection, high pressure protection, automatic start when permeate is at low level, automatic stop when permeate is at high level, automatic flush before system starts or stops, timing flush, malfunction alarm, they system can be controlled automatically or manually, the parameter can be reset by customer.

a) Anti-scalant dosing system

    Adopted Pulsafeeder dosing pump from USA.

b) Pre-treatment of automatic Multimedia filter, Activate Carbon Filter

     Automatic control valve

d) RO unit with DOW membrane.

e) SS permeate water tank is optional

4. Technical route and flow diagram instructions

Mobile RO desalination device is composed of pre-treatment and RO desalination, etc. The technical route is as following.

Raw tank-->booster pump-->quartz sand filter -->activited carbon filter -->anti-scalant dosing-->sediment filter-->high pressure pump-->RO desalination device-->permeate tank

    Permeate output::     800GPD (25°C)

    water input temperature:4°C~45°C

2).Permeate output quality:TDS≤600-700 ppm,    WHO direct drinking standard.
