Solid-liquid separation extrusion mesh manual filter press
Manual filter press is intermittent pressure filter which is used in minitype, lowpressure various solid/liquid separation industries. Pressure for filtration is less 0.4Mpa.
The filter press is composed of three main parts: frame, filter plate and pressing device. In operation the pressing device is screwed type closing device. The pressing devices include handwheel, gear wheel and screw lead.
(1) rack parts: filter press frame constitute the basis to support the filter body for connection to other components.
It is mainly form the thrust plate, pressure plate, clamping part and the main beam component.
(2) filter sections: from the main beam in a certain order of the plate and the plate sandwiched between the filter media(filter cloth), with forming a filter unit(filter chamber).
(3) Clamping device: it is the filter of the power plant, the main components are a small gear, screw and so on.
This press is reliable in performance, easy to operate and maintain and achieve a higher efficient level of separation.
