About QJB Submersible Mixer
QJB submersible mixer is suitable for both aeration and anaerobic tanks in the industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. It provides power for the cycle of water and forms water flow in the phase of nitration, de-nitrification and phosphor removal.
Compared with the conventional long axle stirrer, model QJB submersible stirrer features the advantage able to produce different flow directions and, with the directions and, with the different flow directions and, with the directions and, with the different effects so as to create a better flowing mode in the pool to remove the dead corner of stirring. The fitted power necessary for the stirrer is decided upon the pool’s volume, the density and viscosity of the medium and the medium stirring depth. One or more than one stirrers are selectable according to the practical use.
Principle of Operation
The propeller blade of a special structure starts slow moving driven by the under-water motor to produce a powerful water flow flowing in a lower tangential direction to make the liquid’s power increased and produce strong stirring to reduce the precipitation under the water, thus realizing liquid stirring and flowing.
Features
1. Two places of mechanical seal are with the submersible motor, the material of seal is tungsten carbide. A special finger sleeve structure is adopted at the cable out-coming place, good sealing and corrosion prevention;
2. The impeller is designed with a unique anti-twisting curve in order to have it produce a powerful tangential water flow and avoid wrapping and blocking.
3. Of the motor’s windings, the dielectric grade is F and the protective grade is IP68, and, with imported bearing, it is made more reliable and safer;
4. Compact structure, easy installation and overhaul, simple operation and long duration.
