[Hard frame and new structure]
The strong frame was adopted robust wallboard and solid beam, Furthermore, we increase middle support to ensure that our loom could work in high speed ,low voice, and the reed become wider.
[Rocking shaft]
Rocking shaft with a device which has a middle support to increase the rigidity of beating, In this way ,it can guaranteed to fill insertion so accurate and powerful at working that product fabric with high density.
[Motor ]
We used the most advanced ultra-start motor, it can produce high output torque when the loom operate. The purpose is to increase the beating force of first shuttle. At the same time, we adopted high torque electromagnetic brake to improve the braking force, in order to prevent the parking gear ,and to improve the quality of fabric.
[Beating structure of optimized design]
Using of four linkage beating by computer optimized, the beating stroke is short, vibration is short, and the time of corresponding to the weft becomes long. It can beat with strong stability in ultra-high-speed operation to create a high quality fabric. A narrow range of machines used four linkage beating which received excellent evaluation in high speed adaptive. The wide machine with six linkage beating which has more time to fill insertion, in order to achieve a stable beating at high speed.
[Lubrication ]
The main drive shaft to take oil bath lubrication, the general part utilized centralized system to enforce lubrication, the aim is to improve the working life of components.
[Electronic let-off]
From tension sensor to detect total tension, handled by CPU through openings or warp, and the changes of tension, instruct drive the shaft by servo motor, in order to maintain a balanced tension in the work process to ensure the balanced formation of the fabric. The rigid frame, large diameter gear, and the built-in bath positive let-off driving shaft ,to make the loom working speed higher , and more sensitive to adapt to the high density fabric weaving.
[Take up]
We adopted two forms to take up (continues take up of mechanical and electronic take up) .Combination of them ,it is effective for parking block by accurate reversible.
[Filling insertion]
Filling insertion used the way of main nozzle + auxiliary nozzle +different reeds, issued by CPU frequency electromagnetic valve to realize the control of injection timing.
[Double probe feeler]
Double probe feeler, it is not only to discovery short or bending weft, but also to find the weft which was blowed , thus to ensure foolproof.
[Energy saving]
The support block is near from auxiliary nozzle, it has a short distance to supply air, better adapted to the high speed operation and lower energy consumption.
[Electronic control drums weft]
We adopted the new electronic control drums weft device, while adapting to a variety of types of weft. Weft brake can greatly reduce the peak tension at the end of the weft insertion, effectively prevent breakage and relaxation of the weft.
