--- Size: you can choose the size from our size chart, but pls pay attention to it, as it is different from American standard size and UK size. Custom size will be welcomed, so that the gown will suit you well.

How to measure
Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.
Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.
Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns. Hollow to hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.NOTE
A) We accept custom style, just send us a picture of your dream wedding dress (detailed pictures will rather be welcomed). Or if you want to do some changes of the dress, pls let me know.
B) Try to find some professioal one to do the measurement, so that we can do the size correctly. If can't, then feel free to contract us , we will send you the picture guide to let you know how to meaasure. ALL THE MEASUREMNT SHOULD BE DONE BY OTHERS, NOT BY YOURSELF.
C) we will check all the information(the dress color, detail, size, your shipping address), before we started to do the dress.
D) We will start to do the dress, when you payed the whole money.
E) We will give you the tracking number once your dress has been shipped.
F) Feedback is important to both you and me, so if you are satisfied with our products and service, pls post a good feedback to me, and we will do that for you also. If you are not satisfied with our products, pls do not give us negative feedback immediately, pls let me know the problem, we will try our best to resolve it. If not, post a negative feedback is not late.
