2.Flux core wire line is mainly consisted of seven parts as strip decoiling machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine, forming machine, drawing machine, electrical cabinet, wire coiling machine and main control operating desk, etc.
3. Main parts for manufacturing flux cored wire
A.The main machine of wire forming machine totally adopts cantilever structure, which is convenient for operation. It totally has 7 sets of horizontal roller, 8 sets of vertical roller; the first set of vertical roller is passive, other 7 sets are frequency converter motor drive.
B. The powder feeding installation adopts belt feeding and it has photoelectric no-powder detector. When there’s no powder in the powder box, the detector will alarm and the machines stop in set time, which avoids the “empty pipe” phenomenon of wire.
C.The wire coiling machine adopts frequency converter motor drive.
