75 Series High Heat Insulated Aluminum Casement Window

Introduction:

TALIDA  aluminum casement window features good water & air tightness, energy saving, secure and weather-proof, easy to install.

1. Profile in common use, 55 Series Profile adopt 14.8 mm Heat insulation Strip; 60 Series adopt 20 mm Heat insulation Strip; 65 Series adopt 25.3 mm. Heat insulation Strip

2. European standard C-slot fittings, which achieve different opening styles such as: Fix window, outward opening window, swing window, awning window, and center-pivoted window.

3. The addition of sub-strip between closed cavity glass stop and fastening snap notch with, flexible connections ensures the flat installation.

4. Width of opening sash from 280mm to 1000mm, Height of sash≤ 1000mm, Weight of sash≤ 48kg.

5. Frame and sash follow the procedure of glue injection after corner crimping: Leading the flow of sealant through sealant guide plate, increasing the intensity and sealing performance of window corner;

6. According to different thickness glass options from 5mm to 35mm, achieves sound insulation performance range from 30dB to 35dB.

7. Heat insulation can achieve 1.8W / m² K ~ 2.8W / m² K.

8. With sponge foam composite EPDM to achieve dual sealing and ensure the sealing performance, reducing the opening and closing force.

9. To assmble the hinges, adapt strength profile both inward and outward, more reliable connection.
