We firstly pre-treat the glass, heat it to the softening point, bend and mould it with deadweight or outside force, 

cool it down naturally and lastly form hot bending glass. Curved & tempered glass or curved & thermal-enhanced glass is manufactured by rapid wind cooling by special equipment.
