Introduction: 

Spacecom_MSAP is a SDH-based Multi-Service Access Platform. Spacecom_MSAP, high-density equipment, is designed to integrate various services based on SDH technology for last mile with high performance/price ratio. When it interoperates with SPC-155TM/ADM series, Spacecom_MSAP provides access and transmission for multi-services; meanwhile, reduce the access equipment for saving the cost. It is a best choice for Metro Access Network construction which is moving from TDM service to data services.

Spacecom_MSAP  Spacecom_MSAP will work out the problems in above. It is easy to see that Spacecom_MSAP provides different services to customers by connecting 20*STM-1 tributary from Spacecom_MSAP with SPC-155TM directly. (central office) for saving the investment and room for carriers • Offer up to 20*STM-1 download which can be deployed to building and office • Implement real seamless connection from backbone to access network for cutting down fault point and toning up transmission reliability • Pay as grow to optimize CAPEX • Support remote SNMP management, all of deployed equipment can be managed at C.O. • Interoperate with standard-based third party devices because of standard STM-1  

In this application, the Spacecom_MSAP is used as an aggregation device to transmit the data services through SDH backbone network. One Spacecom_MSAP can offer 20*STM-1 tributaries with up to 320*E1s plus 64*ETHs. All of remote devices can be managed through SMNP or CONSOLE or Panel (on spot).
