HPL hot press machine is mainly used for pressing fire proof board. The press machine is made of frame structure with high strength and very good rigidity. The oil cylinders are designed by a new step-seal and YX type ring that leads a perfect sealing effect. Alternately in & out steam and cold water can heat and cool down the heating platen. The reasonable design of the channels in side heating platen can help the temperature rise up in a very short time. The synchronizer is in gear & rack type, so that the movable beam up and down smoothly. The hydraulic system is equipped with the large flow, low noise vane pump, with the imported key valve can meet the requirements of closing time and press-risen speed.
