ORB-Ⅱtype of biomass pellet production line is specially designed by our engineers, it includes the whole process of peeling, chipping, drying, grinding, get rid of iron, humidity modulation, granulation, cooling, screening, packaging etc, which made from biomass material(sawdust,stalk,rice hull), the process can adjust depending on the actual situation. The raw material can be logs,branch,waste of wood, sawdust,rice hull and other plant fiber.

2) Wood crusher ,it can grind the wood and branchers with diameter less 10cm into sawdust

 

3) Dryer  (or with hot stove ) ,it can reduce the mositure

 

4) Conveyor , it is used to transport the sawdust into pellet mill

 

5) Pellet machine , to make pellets

 

6)Elevating conveyer ,used to transport the pellet into cooling separator

 

7) Cooling separator ,complete closed structure ,low noise

 

8) Pulsed dust collector ,It is used to collecting dust,let the pellet clean

 

9)Packing Machine,The weighting scope of this machine is from 5-50kg per bag

 

10) Electrical Cabinet , Full safe protection on motor(inspection on short circuit, overload, over temperature); heat and auto-control device
