The boiler consists a membrane walled combustion chamber, 2 sets of steel plate type cyclone separator and a rear part vertical shaft (HRA) wrapped with air-cooled wrapping wall.
Inside the combustion chamber, panel type heating surface, 6 pieces of pipe panels for panel type super-heater and 4 pieces of pipe panels for panel type re-heater and one pieces of water-cooled division wall are provided.
The boiler is provide with 6 coal-feeding ports and 3 limestone-feeding ports. All the coal-feeding device and limestone-feeding port are situated at the front part of the boiler, and are evenly arranged in cross direction on the tapered section at the lower part of the water-cooled wall of the front part wall.
The bottom part of the combustion chamber is a water-cooled air chamber made of water screen tube, which is connected with the igniters under the bed via metal expansion joint. There are a total of 2 sets of air conduit igniters, and in each, one high capacity ignition oil burner is provided. At two sides of the combustion chamber, 2 sets of air and water-cooling mode optional fly ash discharging and slag cooling devices for multiple chamber type fluidized beds are provided.2 sets of cyclone separators are arranged between the combustion chamber and the rear part vertical shaft, and at the lower part of each separator, one set of “J” type valve feed back device is provided. The rear part is divided by the wrapping wall, forming into double-flue structure at the depth direction of the boiler. 2 sets of low temperature re-heaters are provided at the front flue, and at the rear flue, high temperature super-heater and low temperature super-heater are provided from top to bottom, the front and rear flue are jointed into one flue, in which screw shape extended surface tube type of coal economizer and horizontal air pre-heater are provided. The air pre-heater is of smooth pipe type, with double inlets and double outlets ant the winder side.
In the superheater system, 2-stage direct-contact desuperheater is provided. In the re-heater system, emergency direct contact desuperheater and spray desuperheater are installed.
The whole body of the boiler is arranged symmetrically at the left and right side, suspended on the steel frame of the boiler.
